Homemaker Services are provided by a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and may include light housekeeping such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning bathroom fixtures (bathtub, toilet, sink, mirror), dusting (no polishing), laundry (folding and storing one load of clothes and linens), washing, drying and storing dishes and utensils, bagging and taking out trash, making beds and changing linens (while client is out of bed) and assisting clients in organizing household routines.  Under our program, a senior may be authorized to receive up to 4 hours of Homemaker Service each month.
