Personal care assistance is provided by a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to help seniors with needs such as bathing, dressing, shaving, grooming and toileting.  The frequency of this service is based on the individuals needs and the exact number of hours that are provided is based on SSNF assessment.  Under our program, a senior may be authorized to receive up to 6 hours of personal care assistance each month.
